Adult & Paediatric Ear, Nose & Throat (ENT), and Head & Neck Specialist

Head & Neck

Neck Masses

A lump in the neck is a relatively common ocurrence. It can be small and can sometimes be very large and disfiguring. The majority of the neck lumps are benign, however, a smaller percentage of them are malignant.

Salivary Gland Disease

We each have four major salivary glands. Deep within each cheek is the parotid gland, and under the edge of each jaw is the submandibular gland. These glands produce saliva, which flows through narrow ducts to empty into the mouth.

Thyroid Disease

The thyroid gland is a butterfly-shaped gland located in the low anterior neck. It produces thyroid hormone, which helps to regulate the body’s metabolism. The functional capacity of the thyroid is measured by blood tests.

Dr Shashi Singh also treats Pediatric ENT problems both medically (without surgery) and surgically. With a commitment to treating not just the child who is the patient, but including the whole family in the decisions on our treatment of that child. Physicians and families are partners in making the correct decision to meet each child’s needs.
